FAQ & Trouble Shooting

Background is black,

Transparent color is shown as black color in the preinstalled "Gallery" app or "Photos" app.
You can confirm that transparent color is kept by reloading the saved image to this "background Eraser" app.

Can't save a photo.

Please install "Album for Background Eraser" app and you will be able to check the saved photos.

Can't load a photo.

Please install "Album for Background Eraser" app and use it when you load a photo.
